Superior Service Customers who have had problems with other laser vendors frequently askAssembly Guidance:
“How long do your lasers last”?
“How long does it take to have a projector returned for service”?
Neither case is an issue withAssembly Guidance LASERGUIDE.
Assembly Guidance’s priority for quick service enables most certification and repair to be performed in two to three days, not the weeks or months required by other laser projector suppliers. In critical situations, Assembly Guidance provides loaner projectors.
Instead of using the cheapest lasers and running them at full power all the time, as other laser projector vendors do,Assembly Guidance has always used servo controlled, higher output lasers and runs them at less than full power. While the lasers age, it is not apparent to the user, enabling laser life to be in line with other long-life components that are replaced during routine overhauls after years of service. The downtime, expense and trouble associated with short laser life are not issues with LASERGUIDE.
Turnaround for LASERGUIDE calibration and certification to Boeing D6-55902 standards: 2 business days.
